can't create outlook folders

I was successfully creating Outlook folders. Each time I created a folder it
would ask me if I wanted to add the folder to My Shortcuts, which I always
said "yes". I mistakenly clicked "yes" on "do not ask me again" and now I
can't create folders, or at least I can't see them, and they don't go to My
Shortcuts. How do I undo the "do not ask me again" so I can add folders to
My Shortcuts? Thanks in advance.

Right click on a folder and select the option to add to shortcuts. Uncheck the box that appears

Milly:
Thanks for responding. I have Vista. When I right click on a folder, my
options are:
-Open
-Advanced find
-Remove from outlook bar
-Rename shortcut
-Properties

When I right click on a Folder Group, my options are:
-Large icons
-Small icons
-Add new group
-Remove Group
-Rename Group
-Outlook bar shortcut
-Hide outlook bar

When I right click or just click on "Outlook bar shortcut", the only option
I have is to add a folder. There is no box to uncheck and there is no "Add
to shortcuts" option.

Thanks

Did you even mention what version of Outlook you are using?
