the client is running SBS 2003 R2 and XP Pro with Office 2003. Periodically
she recieves this error Can't create file: FILE NAME.pdf. Right-click the
folder you want to create the file in, and then click Properties on the
shortcut menu to check your permissions for the folder."? We perform the
registery edit and change the Temp folder. we have also deleted the files in
the temporary internet folder and this will work for about a week and then
she can no longer open Faxes in Outlook again. We perform the same procedure
and it works for awhile again. A reboot seems to change the registry entry
back to the temporary internet folder. Is there a permanant fix for this.
This client is getting frustrated with having to call us so often.
