Can't copy domain profile to local profile

I want to pull the domain controller I have running at home. But
before I do I thought I would copy my domain profile over to a local
profile so I would have the same (or close) environment afterwards.
However the copy to option is always grayed out for that user. I have
rebooted logged in as local administrator, still grayed out. I logged
in as another domain admin and it was still grayed out. Can't seem to
copy it. Any ideas?

Run the Files and Settings Transfer wizard while logged on to the domain
account. Save the files to a folder. Create a new local account, log on to
it, and use FAST to import the old files and settings to the new account.
