Can't copy and paste the comments

I'm trying to copy and paste cells from a worksheet to another but It does't
want to past the comments that was created dynamically.
Do you know why?

Are the two workbooks open in the same instance of excel?

If yes, maybe you could explain what you're doing in detail and what fails.
