Copying a Picture From Cell Comment

I'm trying to do something with pictures that have been inserted into cell comments. I'd like to be able to copy a picture that had been inserted into a cell comment, and save as .jpg with file name and file location designated by other cells in the spreadsheet. For example A1 contains "monkey" and has a picture of a monkey inserted into a comment on the same cell. B1 contains "zoo". I'd like to copy the picture from A1's comment and save as monkey.jpg to location c:\zoo. Is this kind of thing possible in VBA? Thanks!
