Can't Connect VPN Connection

[R Bolling]

Using my laptop, I can connect to my work using a VPN client when I am
at a friends house that uses Comcast CableModem as his ISP, but when I
get home and use YahooDSL, the VPN client seems to connect okay, but I
can't ping any of the network resources. Is it possible that YahooDSL
prevents such connections?
