I am having a heck of a time. I have two computers...on the one computer my
email in Outlook works fine. However, on the other one, it works sometimes,
and then it doesn't. Here is the error message that i get...

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for
this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of
inactivity. Account: 'mail.havenlc.org', Server: 'mail.havenlc.org',
Protocol: POP3, Port: 995,
Secured (SSL): Yes, Error Number 0x800CCC0F.

The account for this computer is set up the same way as the one on the
computer that works. So, I cannot understand what the problem is. I have
called the company that hosts our website and email, and did technical
support with them and everything they suggest I already have done.

PLEASE HELP!!!

Havenic.org is not an ISP. The server name mail.havenic.org is
an alias for mailc2.megamailservers.com. From the instructions
they have at http://www.megamailservers.com/OutlookExpress.htm
it does not appear that they support port 995.
So, on the advanced tab of the properties for that account, change
the incoming server port to 110. This should also disable SSL.
