Can't clear document from print queue

I have a Sharp AJ5030 Copier/scanner/printer/fax -you are
welcome to laugh if you want 'cause it is a piece of you
know what. Anyway, my son plays on my computer
occasionally and he apparently tried to print something.
It did not print as there was no paper in the printer.
When I started the computer it said there was an "out of
paper" error and the document had failed so I tried to
cancel it from the printing queue as well as tried
to "clear all documents".
The thing won't go away! The document name is
Flash. I assume it is a macromedia flash document or
object. Anyway, it says data type RAW under properties
and status now says "Deleting-Printing-Printed" but it
won't clear from the print queue and the error message
still occurs everytime I start the computer. I have
tried to put paper in to print it, to turn off the
printer and even to unplug it from the USB port. Help!

Try this: Pause the queue. Then assign the printer driver to an unused port
(or maybe print to file) and then Resume or Restart the queue.

Even easier - you could go the where the spool job is and manually delete it
in Explorer (..\windows\system32\spool\printers\*.*)
