Can't change form or copy form

I am in Access 2007. I am trying to change my form by adding another field.
Access will let me make changes but won't let me save it.

I also tried copying and pasting. It won't copy and says "can't find search
key."

Help, I'm desparate.

I forgot to mention when copying form to a new name, I get the following
message:
Name conflicts with existing module, project or object library.
