Can't change default monitor

My XP Device Manager is showing the 'Video Controller VGA Compatible' status as Drivers not installed. When I select 'Control Panel - Display - Advanced - Monitor' the Properties Tab is not highlighted so how can I install the Monitor Driver LGE Studioworks 710s driver?
