Can't cancel print job

I'm having trouble cancelling a print job. i've tried right clicking on it a
few times and clicking cancel, but it won't disappear.

Got any suggestions as to how i fix this problem?
 
You could try stopping and restarting the Print spooler

at the command line

net stop spooler

then

net start spooler
