Can't Browse a PC

Hi,

Recently we joined a new PC to our domain. However, we can't browse it from
the network, but we can ping it. We can browse the network from the PC
itself. On the domain controller we get the Netlogon error message (ID
5722), saying "The session setup from the computer PC17 failed to
authenticate. The name of the account referenced in the security database is
PC17$. The following error occurred:
Access is denied." PC17 is the name of the PC. We disjoined and rejoined
it to the domain and it worked for several hours until the problem appeared
again. Does anyone have an idea why this happens?
