system problem.

We seem to have this very odd problem on the next work. Systems at random
times seem to get droped from AD. The user will try to log in and will recive
a message saying they can't not log in can't find the computer in the domain.
once the system is rejoined the next reboot take up to 30 mins before the
Ctrl Alt Del screen appers. The one error that show up on the server is Event
ID 5722 "The session setup from the computer TEST_COMP1 failed to
authenticate. The name of the account referenced in the security database is
TEST_COMP1$. The following error occurred: Access is denied." when running
netdiag or dcdiag eveything seems to be fine or pass. Any thoughts?

domain is 2000, all computer are running 2000.

Forgot to add that if we boot in to safe mode up the page file by 100 the
system will reboot and start up fine.
