cant boot windows after installing logitech setpoint (blue tooth)

after installing logitech setpoint windows wont boot, after windows splash
screen it freezes and shows black screen. try to boot in safe mode but it
just restarts computer and try last known config but it just freeze as well
help please

1. Is there a device associated with "setpoint"? If so, remove it.

2. Next time disable ALL background apps before you install new
drivers/hardware.

i did i remove the bluetooth usb but still no go

now if i do the boot of dont auto restart comp of failure i get the error
msg of

stop: c00021a {fatal system error}
the windows logon process system process terminatined unexperctedly with a
status of 0xc0000139 (0x0000000 0x00000000).
the system has been shut down
