cant boot up

hey i was wondering if anyone could help

i ahve just built a new computer amd 3800 dual coe gig of ram 128 graphics
and a 200 gb serial ata hard drive the problem occurs when i go to install
windows i install it then it says need to reboot to continue instalation but
it never continues and gets to verifying dmi pool data and stop can any one
plese help

If this is the first installation then reinstall and reformat.
