Can't boot system/get blue stop screen

Hi,
I have been trying to start my computer for two days
now. I turn it on and it takes me to a screen that gives
me the option of starting in Safe Mode, Safe Mode with
Networking, Last configuration that worked, or Start
Windows Normally. I have tried them ALL and none work.
I keep getting this blue stop screen and each time it has
a different string of numbers, but I can't get anything
to work. I looked up some information on the Microsoft
Knowledge Base and tried pushing the F8 button at the
start of windows to get to the Advanced Setup Menu, but I
tried every single item on there and still cannot get my
computer to start. I have pressed the delete button
during the boot of the computer and looked in those
things, but didn't change anything. I don't see anything
that I can do there. I do not know how to get my
computer to start my Windows program. Can anyone
advise. This is extremely important to us.
A couple of the messages I get on the blue screen are:
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and then get 0x0000000A
(0x8AED2ECC, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, ox804EF78D)

Or I get ***STOP: 0x0000007E (0xC000000r, 0xEF969427,
0xF9E47410, 0x9E47110)

I have typed in these numbers in the windows knowledge
base query and did what it suggested to do, and nothing
works.
PLEASE HELP ME.

What changes did you make to your computer shortly before the problem
started?

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL is typically the sign of faulty hardware or a faulty
hardware driver.
