can't block junk email Outook 2003

I have Outlook 2003 and have tried to block spam from the domain seznam.cz. I
have blocked the seznam.cz domain as well as all .cz domains. Emails from
this domain keep getting trough. Other blocked domains seem to blocked. Any
ideas?
 
Just because it says that domain doesn't mean it actually comes from it.
Spammers use all kinds of tricks to disguise their addresses. CZ is not a
domain--it's the country. Download the latest Junk Mail update from the
Office Download website. That might help.
