Is there a way to add to the Junk Mail Blocked Top Level Domain Li

I currently receive a number of junk emails from the same domain name. They
change their email name but not the domain. This domain is on the Top Level
Domain List and I have blocked it, but it is in capital letters and the
domain I receive from is in lower case and this filter must be case sensitive.
I'm using Outlook 2003. I've used Organize and Rules and Alerts, but
nothing will block these emails.
I'm using the high level of junk mail blocking and most go to my junk mail
automatically, but some do not. I would prefer to block this domain entirely.

It's not case sensitive. Verify that the "To" address is not in your Safe
Recipients list.

Thank you. I checked and I have no addresses that shouldn't be in my Safe
Recipients list.

All junk mail appears to be going into the junk folder immediately now. I
assume that I can have it deleted immediately if I wish. I'll look that up.

I would ideally like to have this "Blocked Top Level Domain list"
automatically reject those emails, but I think that I can't do that myself.
Maybe the ISP?

From reading others emails on junk mail this appears to be a problem for a
huge number of people. Once you're on the list I guess that your name is
never removed from the list and the only remedy is to assume a new email
identity.

The Safe Recipients list is not for individual mail addresses. It is for
mailing list addresses, like those from Yahoo Groups (i.e.,
(e-mail address removed)).

That's a Junk E-mail filter option.

That may be possible. Certainly, though, the top level domain list should
be able to classify messages from those domains a junk. I do not believe
the filter is case-sensitive.

If you're address is on sime spammer's list, it may take quite a while for
the spam volume to decrease, if it ever does. Spammers sell their mailing
lists to each other, so if you get on one, soon you're on many.
