Domain is blocked but still get junk mail

I have the domain blocked in the blocked sender list of my outlook. But the
mail still is placed in the inbox. I've made special rules also - but it
would seem they know how to get around them by changing subject to something
not written correctly.[bad language or english] This is very long going
attempt here to block or remove this domain too. I've gone as far as emailing
the domain admin and ask they not send me anything via their domain. So far
no answer...
Anyone got any good ideas how to block these people?

Mailing to the domain is a bad idea. At the best they will ignore at the
worst they will increase your email since they know the address is
legitimate. If you have that domain blocked email from it should go into
the junk email folder unless you also have that domain or that email address
in you safe senders list

I found that the email address they where sending the mail to was in the safe
recipients list. Thus no matter what the mail was or from who was delivered
to the inbox. Removed it and now no more junk mail. Oh thus also - the domain
admin did try to stop them. But they just resorted to a unknown domaim at
like [ .ca]. But I wrote a new rule also to block anything having certain
letters they use in the header or subject to be blocked and got it. Thanks
for the help - much appreciated Neil !

Why not use the Junk E-mail filter's built-in capability. Actions>Junk
E-mail>Junk E-mail Options>International>Blocked Top-Level Domain List

I went through and did the Blocked Top-Level Domain as you suggested. I am
still receiving mail from these blocked domains (like .ru from Russia). I
have blocked all but US on the encodings list. I also doubled checked my safe
senders list and there are NONE in there. I do not have the time to create
individual rules for the multitude of Junk Mail. Any other suggestions?

Blocking the top level domain just forces the email into your junk email
folder. If you create a rule for these domains then you have the ability to
send them to your deleted folder or permanently deleting them

Perhaps I was "unclear" in my last post. I just do not want them in my Inbox
and as our business receives a multitude of responses from many sources on a
daily basis, I do not have time to create a rule for each one. The
information you provided was already stated in previous posts. Does anyone
have any NEW suggestions?

If they still show in your Inbox, make sure they're not in your Safe Senders
list somehow.
