G Guest Dec 10, 2006 #8 Perhaps that could explain it; I'm using PowerPoint 2003, Student-Teacher Edition. It's odd, I use this feature on the job with no problem, and I am pretty sure we have Office 2003 Professional, but I could be mistaken.
