Apply design to single slide option not displayed

When i wanted to apply a design template to a single slide that option is not
displayed when I click the down arrow in the slide design in the trask pane.
I did a repair/reinstall on ppt2203 but the opetion is still not available
to me.
Any suggestions??

I still need some help with this problem.
I re-installed Ppt 2003 from the original cd and I still do not show the
option to 'apply a design template to a single slide'.
Anyone? Please?
