I posted this about a month ago on several sites.
I have not received a single reply.

Is this problem to complicated or what????
Does anyone have an idea how to resolve this problem?????????

At work, I was syncing to nafp01 server. Now I sync to a new server. NAS01.
The nafp01 server is no longer on the network.
The problem is, my PC is trying to sync to nafp01 AND NAS01.
How do I get rid of the nafp01 ?? I have tried everything I could think of.
I have removed all referances in the registry, tried turning off File
syncing and turning it back on.
I still can't get rid of the nafp01 sync..
Please help...

Just a suggestion - Check your "Mapped Drives", if the
nafp01 share is mapped, then disconnect from it.

It may appear with a Red mark through it. If so then
your PC has it as a "Share", but it is not available on your
Domain or Workgroup.

Once the mapping is removed, the synchronization link
should be removed as well.

If you didn't get an answer, it's probably because no one had a good
one. I know I don't. This is a Windows XP "general" newsgroup. I'd
suggest that even though your question doesn't pertain to a server os,
you might get an answer by posting to the Windows server (general)
group. The people who frequent that group are extremely knowledgeable.

Good luck,

Malke

Good suggestion, also could be a shortcut pointing to a resource or file
on the old server.
