Hello,
I occasionally have non-junk emails from within my organization end up
in my junk email folder. When I try to add the sender to my safe
senders list, I get a dialog saying "The e-mail address for this sender
is internal to your organization and cannot be added to this list." I
have two questions regarding this:
a) What kind of recto-cranial inversion were the Outlook developers
experiencing when they decided to screen out addresses 'internal to my
organization' from being added to my safe senders list?
b) What can I do to prevent non-junk intra-organizational emails from
landing in my junk email folder short of relaxing my level of junk
email restriction?
All assistance greatly appreciated. Thanks!
