Can't add to safe senders list

Hello,

I occasionally have non-junk emails from within my organization end up
in my junk email folder. When I try to add the sender to my safe
senders list, I get a dialog saying "The e-mail address for this sender
is internal to your organization and cannot be added to this list." I
have two questions regarding this:

a) What kind of recto-cranial inversion were the Outlook developers
experiencing when they decided to screen out addresses 'internal to my
organization' from being added to my safe senders list?

b) What can I do to prevent non-junk intra-organizational emails from
landing in my junk email folder short of relaxing my level of junk
email restriction?

All assistance greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Bruce

That's the catch -- internal addresses aren't supposed to be caught in your
junk filter so they shouldn't need to be added to Safe Senders.

However you can manually add her to Safe Senders by going to Tools | Options
| Junk E-mail | Safe Senders...
