can't add to safe senders list in owa

I'm using Outlook 2003 connected to an Exchange 2003 server. When I'm in my
office using Outlook I can right click on an email (in Junk EMail) and select
"Add To Safe Senders List" no problem. However, when I'm outside the office
and try to add a user to the Safe Senders list via owa I get a message
stating "You are over the size limit allowed on the server". Whay would the
limit be different if I was doing it via owa as opposed to Outlook?

OWA has some extra configuration with regards to the limits. You'll want
to ask in an Exchange newsgroup (microsoft.public.exchange.clients) as OWA
is actually part of Exchange and not part of Outlook.

might help your Exchange admin look at the settings.
