Can't activate or deactivate RRAS after changing NIC

I've just changed a NIC in my computer and now I can't configure RRAS.
I would like to completely initialize RRAS but even if I deactivate RRAS in
the RRAS console, I have no access to the 'Activate and configure RRAS'
command in the Sub-menu.
Anyone knows a command or action to do in order to reinitialize RRAS ?? Then
I can reconfigure it .

Even with the RAS service stopped, you should be able to right click on the
RAS server and select properties, then under IP there should be a list of
NICs. Bind the new NIC to RAS and trying starting the service.
