cant access Win 2003 machines from win xp

I am having one windows 2003 server machine (not in
domain) and 4 windows xp professional machines in network
all the machines are accessible in the network except the
win 2k3 machine. But i can access all the xp machines
from win 2k3 machine but no one can access tht particular
machine please help me

Looking into my "crystal" ball I see, what, darn, they yanked the power on
my "crystal" ball. Guess you'll have to give us some more details, like
what configuration 2k3 is running (i.e. firewall, AV, Workgroup, etc) along
with one of the XP machines, its configuration, again firewall, AV,
Workgroup, etc? Can the XP machines see each other? Are you using XP's
simple file sharing? Do you have any shares on the 2k3 machine? Stuff like
that.

W2K3 has to be given permission for this. Also you will need to set up
Routing and Remote Access which you will find under the Administartive Tools
