Can't access web pages with lock icon

Running AOL with Win98. Contacted AOL and did all they
asked. Tried uninstalling IE6 and reinstalling it. Ran
McAfee Virus Scan. Clean. Also installed IE6 updates.
Still can't get into a site with a lock icon. Looking for
ideas. Thanks
 
This newsgroup is for MS Access, the database product. I suggest you try
