Can't access the web configurator of a DSL router

Hi,
Have installed a zyxel prestige 334 everything works but I cannot access the
web configurator. When typing "192.168.1.1" in the browser he searches the
Internet! Sometimes he tells me "socks_denied". Pinging "192.168.1.1" works
always well.
Can someone help?

if you have a seperate internet connection then
disconnect it...

check that your ip settings on your network connection
are in a similar format, i.e. 192.168.0.xx

if all is ok, but still not working, reboot both router
and pc....

Sorry, I did everything, but it did not work. I tried another computer with
Windows 2000, everything works well LAN works I can access the Internet,
but: I cannot access the router with 192.168.1.1 (but I can ping the
address!!!) this computer writes 'SOCKS_DENIED' ?!?. ANother funny thing is
that I can access the Internet only with ONE computer. Thats boring because
I buyed the Zyxel because I wanted to have access via DSL with both of them.

Can anyone help?
