Can't access secure sites

I have Windows XP (home edition) and I use Internet
Explorer 6.0 with Cipher strength 128-bit as my browser.
My security level for Internet is set at medium. (I'm not
connected to a LAN.)

However, when I go to purchase something, the
infamous "This page is not available/server not found,
etc." pops up.

Here's my question:

Should all of the following under Internet
Options/Advanced/Security be selected? SSL 2.0,SSL 3.0, and
TLS 1.0 ----


Even better, what should all of the settings be under
Security.

tls 1.0 is turned off on my computer.
