Can't access moduslink vista site

I am trying to access the moduslink website to try and get a copy of Vista
for my new Compaq computer, but I get a message saying that internet explorer
cannot display the webpage. Here is the link to the site
https://upgradeweb.moduslink.com/Vista/HP/ This is the site that HP tells you
to go to. I live in Canada (west), I use high-speed internet, every other
site works. Anyone else having issues with this?

No problem here in Connecticut. Have reached the H.P. Upgrade Redemption
Site three (3) times in a row. Utilizing MSIE7
with M/S Win2K3 64Bit. Keep trying - and - good luck ! JRH.

I just tried it again, and it seems to work now. It was down for at least 30
hours.

I had called them roughly during the same time as this post as I was unable
to access it from here (Bahrain). The lady on the other end said that the
earthquake in Taiwan did something to the servers... (or something like
that). Seems to be working fine now, though!
