I have been fooling around with ATT newsgroups about my inability to access
the ISP by dial-up for two months. Now they say it is a Windows problem. In
searching the event record I found the following warning. Does this impply a
memory problem keeping me from connecting to the ISP(possibly)?

Not the ISP - a different user account on XP. If you don't have one,
make one.

If this sounds too complicated - and there is no shame in admitting this
- have a local professional come on-site to fix things for you.

I have six user accounts but I have an ATT icon on the desktop which is my
route for access. What would be the route using one or several different
ones?
