Can't access Hotmail or Passport through IE6

Can anyone tell me why when I try to access Hotmail or a
Passport.net account through IE 6 I get a blank screen
with the address:

I can access the accounts through Netscape but not MS
IE6. I have all privacy, security and content settings to
their lowest levels.

unless you have a system problem, you may have a bug, get

Thanks but I've gone through every recommendation posted
by the MS-Mvp's here in the newsgroup. Everything has
come up negative! What I don't understand is the
252fhmhome%26reason%3dnocookies at the end of the
address. I have everything set to accept cookies!
