I am trying to access
https://login.live.com/login.srf?lc...tucr016C&tpf=573c3c9b9e66391746eec0fe0d51557b

Please note that https://login.live.com is added to my Trusted Sites and
pop-up's are allowed.

On the bottom left corner, the window indicates "Done" but only a
white/blank page is visible. Is this URL obsolete? Or is there a need to
adjust my browser and if so, please advise as how to proceed correctly.

The site works fine. It is a list of anti-virus software vendors. If you are
looking for an anti-virus program, how about an excellent, free one from AVG?
It is highly recommended by PC World magazine, besides it is FREE.
