Can't Access Help/Support

Hello,

I can not access any Microsoft related help files.

For example, clicking on Help and Support in the start
menu or trying to access help in Word or Excel results in
literally nothing happening - I get no error messages or
help windows that open. All other program appear to be
working correctly.

Windows XP Home Edition.
