Can't access Geocities websites

When I try to go to a Geocities website like
www.geocities.com/theanimalrescuestore I get an error
message saying "Internet Explorer cannot download
theanimalrescuestore from www.geocities.com" Does anyone
know how that can be fixed?

I have the same problem! It is so
frustrating...unfortunately I don't know how to fix this,
