Can't access an attachment

I am having trouble reading some emails that have
attachments. These are from people that I know and trust
so I know there are no viruses, etc. The message that I
receive upon opening up the message is "OE removed access
to the following unsafe attachments in your email". How
do I make it so that I can open up the attachment? This
is through Outlook Express 6, Windows 98. Thank you so
much for any help!

Open Outlook Express and select Tools | Options | Security tab and uncheck
the second box from the top concerning attachments.
