Can's send out e mails

My Windows mail has just recently stopped sending my mails. I can receive no
problem. The following message appears. Can anyone help?

The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'U/20 leaflet', Account:
'mail.1eircom.net', Server: 'smtp.perlicoweb.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25,
Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Can's cannot send emails. They are made of tin

Joking aside try and disable your Anti Virus from scanning your in and outgoing
emails. Depending on your Anti Virus you might need to uninst5all it and then
re-install without the email integration(scanning

When you got that error message were you sending from home,
or on a laptop away from home?
