I have made some research on the issue. It seems the there is no LBP460
printer driver for Windows XP available from Canon company. Additionally,
It appears that this hardware does not appear to be on the Hardware
Compatibility List (HCL):

provide general suggestions and information, we recommend that you contact
the device manufacturer for assistance with this. Thank for your
understanding.
