I use TrayIcon Pro, though that is a little used and insignificant
part (to me, anyway), as I have never seen any real advantage.
There are others that do similar.

There's no ability to do that with WInodws/OE itself, but there are
thiurd-party programs that can let you do that with any program. A google
search should turn up several.
