BETTER THAN YOURS
No sir, but you are spending about $50 for a set of cartridges on your
ip4000, where i'm spending about $15. I can be more frugal and cut
that cost down to $8.
MAYBE I HAVE MORE MONEY THAN YOU. GO GET A SIX DOLLAR BURGER FOR 4 DOLLARS
What's sad is i'm quoting canon's numbers on the new ink... and 10
years is what they say for the chomalife100 on their premium papers.
This is very lame and you can be sure this is best case scenero.

But you did say one smart thing... you didn't know anything about the
ink. This is the first honest thing you've said in a long time... so
when ever you speak about it people know you have no experence what so
ever.

The challange was won, you lost.
I HAVE HAD EXPERIENCE WITH YOU

I know nothing about 6 dollar burgers, or 4 dollar burgers. You bought
up this subject before trying to contrast in and out burger vs
mcdonalds and I can't say i've even been inside an in and out. They
don't exist where I live... so I have no idea who offers a decent
burger. The last takeout dish I ordered was a chicken ciabatta which I
think is about the same price as a big mac and a hell of alot more
tasty. Personaly I think anyone who buys bigmacs when there are other
choices out there are nuts.

I do know this.. I buy ink from MIS associates. The cost is pretty
dang low, with everything you need to refill from them the cost is 70%
less. I could cut that down to 90% if i'm more frugal and pick another
vender. I can even pick one that will disclose the manufacturer of the
ink if I so desired. And it's a protest... after all the OEM market
is one huge over priced cash cow. If they cut their prices in half i'd
consider switching back.

But you can use whatever you like... I'm not obsessed like you. If you
want to spend 3 times as much, 6 times as much, or hell even 10 times
as much I'm not going to say you are stupid or foolish. The only issue
most of us have with you is you lie and spam everyday about these
products you have no experence with.

YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT SPAM IS

"The term "spam," as used on this newsgroup, means "the same article
(or essentially the same article) posted an unacceptably high number of
times to one or more newsgroups." CONTENT IS IRRELEVANT. 'Spam' doesn't
mean "ads." It doesn't mean "abuse." It doesn't mean "posts whose
content I object to." Spam is a funky name for a phenomenon that can be
measured pretty objectively: did that post appear X times? (See 3.1,
"Yeah, but how many is X?')"---Netabuse faq

YOU WON'T FIND THEM

Hello alotathings weink discloses who makes their bulk ink, we've been
over this. You are so obsessed you can't see the truth anymore.

SO FOR ABOUT $5.00 A CART YOU WOULD BUY CANON OEM INK
No, that's still WAY too expensive. I'm getting perfectly good refills
for 50 cents to $1 per cartridge. Nearly a year now, and not a hint of a
clog. With your lack of experience, you don't even know what you're
missing. It's not about "half price", it's about 10% of OEM price.
You are blind because you choose not to see.

$5.00 seems fair to me... it's what some of the websites are charging
for their prefilled cartridges... even the ones that disclose what they
put in them. That would at the very least put home printing on par
with photolab printing in terms of price. I'd still refill if there
was an option, 20% is hard to resist unless there was some edge the oem
ink had over the refill.

But at the end of the day we vote with our dollar... that is the nature
of our capitilist system. Make it count.
