Canon BJC2000 - Black but no colour!

My Canon BJC2000 will quite happily print with the single BC-20 cartridge
installed, but won't print anything with the colour and black (BCI-21)
cartridges installed in the twin adapter. I get no errors, the paper feeds
through, and the head moves and makes all the right noises, but the paper is
black. There are no marks on the paper whatsoever.

I've just replaced both of the BCI-21 cartridges, so I'd like to get it
working (especially after spending £25).

Any advice gratedully recieved.

Sorry, I meant to say that the paper is "blank", not "black"!

Replace the printhead. BC-21e. You'll get two more ink cartridges with it,
so you'll have ink spare.
