cannot view websites with address bar

The address bar has simply stopped working. I'm not sure
why, but about two weeks ago it just quit on me. I've
since resorted to googling websites to reach them. Quite
frustrating.

Any suggestions?

Be sure that you install hotfix 828750 which fixes the exploit that this
