cannot view source in IE6

I am having trouble finding a solution to not being able
to view HTML source code in IE6. Nothing happens when I
try. I have visited the knowledge base but do not find a
solution to this problem when using XP Pro. I am the only
user account on the computer so the issue with having the
proper permissions on the Cookies folder shoudl not
apply. I would appreciate any help....
Thanks

Hi Rob,

To resolve this issue, delete all of the files in the Temporary Internet
Files folder.

To do this, follow these steps: Start Windows Explorer. Browse to
C:\Document and Settings\User Name\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files.
On the Edit menu, click Select All, and then press DELETE. When the
confirmation message appears, click Yes. Close Windows Explorer.

Checkpoints/Options:

View Source - Restore Notepad as Default (Line 183)

View Source - Add or Change Editor (Line 183)
