Cannot view sent items

Have a client running Outlook 2003, and she cannot see any sent items in her
sent items folder using the Outlook client, however she can view them using
OWA. I tried created a profile on my machine (as the network admin) and I
too cannot view the sent items from an Outlook 2003 client. Under folder
sizes, I see she has about 100MB of stuff in there?? Any ideas?

What view is selected when in the Sent Items folder?
 
Is anyone else having the problem, or is it only the one user? I changed the
views to all messages, and everything was good. Be sure to play with the
view settings.
