cannot use windows movie maker or any other video editing software

i cannot use windows movie maker or any other video editing software
on my laptop.
i checked the device manager, because one of the softwares reported
that a video capture device is missing and this is the output; please

i think there is a rendering problem.

Try posting it on imageshack.us ?

You don't have to set up an account. Clear cookies, if you
want to use the site a second time. Select "Do not resize"
from the size menu, to prevent text in images from being
degraded. Then post a link to the imageshack page with
the picture showing on it.
