Cannot upgrade from XP pro to VISTA-business

The laptop meets all the requirements with upgrade advisor. When I try to
upgrade to VISTA-business from XP pro, at the end of four hours of
installations, it says the the upgrade was not successful. And that's all.

Any help?
 
Open the setupact.log and setuperr.log file and search for "Error". List
them down.

Or have the setupact.log and setuperr.log file uploaded.
