cannot type the product key !!!

Hi All,

I am trying to install Office 2003 and everything goes fine till the
Product key screen. I am not able to type anyhting there and so i am not
able to install Office 2003. Please help !!!

Are the fields greyed out?
Can't you click in it?
Can you use the TAB key to get there?
