Cannot switch sending account Outlook 2003

I have tried several times with no success to change the
account that a message is sent from, but it always sends
from the default account, no matter what I do.
Even replies to e-mails sent to another account come from
the default account.... Anybody else ever have this
problem with Outlook 2003?
 
Never Mind, My ISP just introduced SMTP authorization, and
blocked the port that all of the other accounts were
using. I had to switch to sending everything through that
one account, but it relays them properly now.
