cannot start Outlook - OMINT.DLL missing

I am using Outlook 2000 Workgroups set up and I can't get my email to send.
Since the email is a POP3, I tried changing my email config from Workgroups
to Internet Email. It said to synchronize first, but synchronize was not in
the menu where it said it would be, so I assumed that was not necessary and
said okay.

Now, I cannot open Outlook at all since OMINT.DLL is missing, and I no
longer have the disk.
