Outlook is missing file omint.dll - won't open

my outlook decided to quit working and wont open, keeps trying to install?
it ends up saying that it is missing the file omint.dll and says to reinstall
the program, don't have it anymore, lost it.
Where can I download this file to outlook?

What version of Outlook? There are 64 references to that DLL in the MSKB,
but they all are Outlook 98/2000 references.
